Susan A. Higgins, a 1984 graduate of Lehigh University, performs a broad range of client services and litigation support including: initial drafts of pleadings and discovery; preparation of removal notices and petitions; other court filings; deposition summaries; cite checking briefs and other legal authorities; manual and computer-assisted research; reviewing and organizing new matters.

Mrs. Higgins is also highly skilled in the use of litigation support software and maintains our computerized file system.
