Since its founding in March 2001, Alimonti Law Offices, PC, (ALO) has focused its practice on serving the litigation needs of the aviation community. Since then, ALO has grown from a “one man shop” to an internationally recognized team of lawyers and consultants. Our worldwide clients including airlines, flight schools, fixed base operators, manufacturers, repair stations, charter operators, and their respective insurers.

Our litigation experience has led to “instructions” as consultants and lecturers on claim prevention and product integrity as well as numerous aviation-related transactions. Our approach is simple: find common solutions to common problems - even in an “adversarial process”. Our reputation for zealous representation, candor, and the highest ethical standards enables us to efficiently manage the most difficult and emotional claims. Founder Rick Alimonti is the immediate past co-chair of the American Bar Association’s (Section of Litigation) Committee on Aviation Litigation. He is the first person to twice be honored with this appointment. He is the founder of this committee’s June CLE conference in New York, now completing its sixteenth year. Over the past several years, Rick has been increasingly called upon to present and moderate on “Ethical Considerations” for the litigator. These include the ABA Aviation TIPS meeting in Washington DC (Oct. 2010), the ABA Joint Committee Meeting (Aspen, Colorado, Jan 2011); The SMU Air Law Symposium (Dallas TX, March 2011); and the NYC/ABA Aviation Litigation CLE (New York, June 2011).

OUR APPROACH

Lawyers Who Listen
At Alimonti Law Offices, we believe that superior legal representation requires a dialogue between client and lawyer. We pride ourselves in our reputation for responsiveness, hard work, and integrity, which we believe is appreciated by our clients and respected by our adversaries.

For more information on our approach to law, see our
CLIENT PLEDGE.
