Lydia S. Antoncic

Lydia S. Antoncic, joined ALIMONTI LAW OFFICES, P.C. of Counsel in May 2007, where she emphasizes personal injury defense and insurance coverage litigation. Ms. Antoncic has over ten years of litigation experience, including insurance and property damage matters at both the trial and appellate level. Ms. Antoncic holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from New York University and a Juris Doctor from Catholic University, the Columbus School of Law, where she served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the CommLaw Conspectus: Journal of Communications Law and Policy.

She is the author of A New Era in Humane Education: How Troubling Youth Trends and a Call for Character Education are Breathing New Life into Efforts to Educate Our Youth About the Value of all Life, published in Animal Law, Volume 9 (2003) and has spoken at various conferences, continuing legal education courses and classrooms on the subject. She is admitted to the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut state bars as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of Connecticut.

She has briefed and argued appeals in New York’s Appellate Division (First and Second Departments).
