ALIMONTI LAW OFFICES, P.C. (“ALO”) is proud to serve many sectors of the aviation industry as well as its insurers. Indeed, most of our work is related, in one way or another, to aviation. Active areas of practice include airline defense in both the domestic and international (“Warsaw”) regimes, general aviation (representing repair stations, FBO’s and operators), and manufacturing (product liability defense and subrogation).

ALO is a regular presenter worldwide on legal issues of interest to the aviation community and regularly hosts and conducts seminars on-site for clients, as well as at larger public venues. ALO is well known to the NTSB, and Rick Alimonti was cited by the Rand Corporation for his assistance in its comprehensive review of the NTSB “Party System” in 2000.

Mr. Alimonti chairs the ABA Litigation Section’s Committee on Aviation Litigation and founded its New York Aviation Litigation Seminar in 1995 – now an annual institution in the aviation law community. For more information see: Publications
